It isn't possible for you to leave this store less than satisfied. I've interacted with all three of the gentlemen who work here and their friendly, knowledgeable and present great attitudes. Their gear is also top notch and authentic. You get what you pay for is the label I would give this shop.

Your employee alicia said that my mother raised her voice at her when that’s her normal way of speaking, she refused her services saying that my mother was being rude and sirespectful. She was very rude about it and told us to leave the store, that she no longer wanted to see them in her face! We visit this store very frequently and the owner is a very nice and respectful person but Alicia was the worst!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Came in with a tattoo that I thought had no hope and Will turned it into a awesome piece, definitely will go back with any other work I have done.
